Our Worland program serves 105 students per week. Each Friday, food packs are sent home from school with students in need for weekend nutrition. If the school week is a "short" week then food packs are sent home the last day of the week. Multiple packs are sent if there is a school break such as Christmas holiday or spring break. Food packs are made available for summer school students as well.

Qualifications
No driver's license or other requirements are needed for students to qualify. Students are made aware of the program at school registration and may opt in to the program then or any time during the year that they may be in need.

WASHAKIE COUNTY SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER

Services
Meals are provided to age-qualifying citizens in the form of inside dining, curbside meals, and home delivered meals. Available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 pm. Meals are delivered between 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Curbside meals and in-house dining is offered between 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and breakfast is offered on Thursday mornings from 7:30-9:00 a.m. Meals can be arranged for delivery up to ten miles outside of town.
